What is Biofield Tuning? Biofield Tuning is a simple, efficient and non-invasive therapy that can produce powerful outcomes. It is a type of sound healing that can help to relieve mental, emotional and physical stress. During a tuning session a client lies fully clothed on a treatment table while the practitioner activates tuning forks of various frequencies. Sound waves produced by these tuning forks are introduced into the Biofield or aura that surrounds the human body, to re-balance and harmonise any dissonant frequencies, inducing deep, targeted relaxation. The tuning fork acts as a decoder and allows the therapist to locate areas of noise in the signal. These pockets of disturbance in the signal are like eddies in the standing waves within the Biofield.
 The effects of using this targeted sound to bring the sound home to yourself can lead to profound outcomes at the time with further improvements and benefits unfolding in the days following a session. I know from my experience that the effects can be cumulative with subtle shifts that may bring about long term change.
 A minimum of three sessions is generally recommended.
