About The Event
An afternoon of Cacao and Gong Sounds led by Galit and Angela.
Cacao ceremonies are a very old ritual from South America. The Incas and Mayas discovered the deep,loving and healing powere of pure cacao. The 100% raw caco drink lovingly prepared for you without dairy products or cane sugar, gently supports and holds you as if in a loving embrace. It increases the blood flow, lowers blood pressure, relaxes the muscles and connective tissues ,generating an expansive feeling, often centred around the heart.
The Gongs sounds are about Allowing and as she plays, Angela invites the Gongs to gently assist us in attuning to new possibilities & new ways of being. Tuning into the beauty & joy of life - macrocosm to microcosm.
