I use sound from tuning forks, on and around the body, to remind it how it feels to be less stressed, more relaxed and full of beans.

Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that uses the biofeedback produced by the pure tones of tuning forks to help the body relax and breathe more deeply. This deep relaxation can help reduce the cumulative effects of stress, freeing blocked energy and allowing it to return to and circulate throughout the body.

What happens in a session?
During a Biofield Tuning session, a client lies fully clothed on a treatment table while I activate a tuning fork and scan the body slowly beginning from a distance.
I'm listening and feeling for resistance and turbulence in the client's energy field with corresponding changes to the overtones and undertones of the tuning fork.
Research suggests the body's organisational energy uses the steady coherent vibrational frequency of the tuning fork to "tune" itself.
Quite quickly, the dissonance resolves and the sense of resistance gives way. This appears to correspond to the release of tension within the body.

Come for a single, stand alone session or
3 sessions close together is a good way to start.
Often issues can be greatly improved within three sessions and the effects are cumulative – each session builds on the one before.
