Minimum call out fee £250

for a small set up & max 10 people

Plus 45p per mile for venues beyond 20 mile radius from Wadhurst.

There may be a surcharge Bank Holidays and very late evenings 

Hire of venue and refreshments not included.

Payment in advance please to confirm your booking.

Please Note

• Preferably no stairs or awkward access

• Parking outside the entrance for loading and unloading 

• extra time is needed to set up and afterwards to tear down.

Cancellation fees

100% fee due if less than 1 weeks notice of cancellation is given. 

50% fee retained if less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation is given.
