Storing your information:

Your information is stored both on an encrypted computer and in a locked filing cabinet.

We take confidentiality seriously and will not pass on or sell your data to anyone unless there is a legal reason.


Retaining your information:

You have the right to ask me to destroy your records at any time if you wish to terminate our working relationship. Otherwise, adults’ records are retained for eight years following our last date of contact.


Accessing and updating your information: 

You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us at our contact us page. 

Your records are accessed by myself, either for clinical or retail purposes. Information provided online may also occasionally be accessed by my confidential website designer, who assists me with the upkeep of this website. You have the right to request a copy of your

records at any time. These will be sent by email or for paper notes, by post.

You can contact me via the website specifying your request by marking the subject line of your email:

  1. Update personal details on record (email address, telephone number etc)

  2. Find out my personal information is on file

  3. Request the deletion of some or all of the personal information on file


Sharing your information: 

We do not sell or share your information with anyone. We only collect information like your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information so we can provide the email marketing services described on this website.

Your information will be kept strictly confidential unless there are legal grounds for me to disclose something which you have told me to a third party. I shall always inform you if I feel that disclosure is necessary and seek your permission and co-operation first.



If for any reason, you are unhappy with how I am handling your data, please raise your concerns with me first, so that we can seek a resolution. If you are still not satisfied, then you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Buying online:

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address.
