About The Event
Angela and Jo-Anne are experienced Gong Sound Healing Practitioners . We'll bring a selection of our beautiful healing Gongs to the Hub at Bodiam. A lovely space with amazing acoustics … we'd love you to come and share this special event with us. Escape from the everyday… come and lose yourself in sound… feel the beauty and harmony as you relax into the wonderful sounds of the Gongs and other harmonious sounds.
Please bring whatever you need to be really comfy lying on the floor for about 90 minutes. People find a folded duvet, cushion and throw work well or a reclining garden chair.
