Group Sound Journey with high quality Gongs, Singing Bowls and other sounds. Please bring something REALLY warm and comfy to lie on, a folded duvet works well, a blanket or throw and a pillow and then …relax into the Sounds. Some chairs are available if you prefer to sit.

Doors open 11:45am for 12noon start
Please arrive in time to settle into your space for a 12noon start.
Doors are closed once I begin.
After the Gong bath there is a short time for informal chat and connections as we stay in the energy we’ve created and ground ourselves before leaving.
