TIME

Doors open 1:45pm for 2.00pm start

Please arrive in time to settle into your space for a 2.00pm start.

(If you’re lost or running late please contact/text me before I turn off my phone at 2.00pm so we can wait a few minutes for you, as the door is closed once the sounds begin.)

After the Gong bath there is time for informal chat and connections as we stay in the energy we’ve created and ground ourselves before leaving.

WHAT TO BRING

All you need to do is bring something REALLY warm and comfy to lie on, a folded duvet works well, a blanket or throw,a pillow some drinking water and then …relax into the Sounds.
