TIME

Doors open 1:45pm for 2pm start

Please arrive in time to settle into your space for a 2pm start.

(If you’re lost or running late please contact/text me before I turn off my phone at 2pm so we can wait a few minutes for you, as the door is closed once the sounds begin.)

After the Gong bath there are complimentary nibbles - a chance for informal chat and connections as we stay in the energy we’ve created and ground ourselves before leaving.
