Allowing the Gong Sounds to assist us in attuning to the energies of Autumn and to give appreciation for the richness of Life.

The high energy of Summer has slowed and the nights are drawing in, the sun is setting earlier each day. The balance has begun to tip as we journey into the darker part of the year. Lets attune to the opportunity Autumn offers to be still, take stock and prepare for the inward journey ahead.

Gong Sound Meditations are an experience of sound and vibration, like a deep massage of your entire being by waves of complex sounds that bathe and re-tune on every level.

Filling you with the message of wholeness and well being as your body draws in the sounds it needs to return to harmony.

Allowing yourself to be feeling and being and to have a rest from doing and thinking.

The Gongs bring many people a sense of deep relaxation, timelessness and renewal – all you have to do is let yourself drift with the sounds – in the moment they are unique and perfect for you.

WHAT TO BRING

All you need to do is bring something REALLY warm and comfy to lie on, a folded duvet works well, a blanket or throw,a pillow some drinking water and then …relax into the Sounds.

Not recommended:

In the first and last trimester of pregnancy.
