Service Description

Arrange your own session at a time to suit you. Great as a gift or get together for friends and family. Maximum 4 people at my studio. (If you'd like to organise a larger group I use a sister studio by arrangement, in Old Heathfield.) You are lying down, comfortably relaxing in the Gong Space… the soothing Sounds from the Crystal bowls and Singing bowls gently begin your journey then the wonderfully nurturing, gentle Gong tones blossom and wash around you taking you into a place of timelessness and renewal, encouraging the clearing of physical and emotional blocks as your body draws in the sounds needed to return to harmony.
