A collaboration between Galit Hughes and Angela Mason.

Bringing the healing vibration of the Gongs,Singing Bowls and other sounds together with Inner Dance - a meditation in motion.

The moment when the mind and body start moving to the rhythms of the soul when we feel and hear our heart song and move to the mysterious rhythm of life.

Music, touch, inner movement and meditation in conjunction with the GongSounds to support your own unique healing and self expanding journey in a safe and supported space.

The sounds from a sensitively played Gong create a portal to change and if we allow it, the GongSounds can distract our rational mind and give us space to explore our inner realms. The different styles of music for the Inner Dance help to change our brain wave patterns and create a deep relaxation.

Moving the experience from a left brain, the analytical and logical part of our selves into the right brain, the intuitive, creative and insightful aspect of our life.

The Gong Sounds facilitate this process.

In this place the body finds its own way of unwinding and releasing tension in a form of dance like movement. It is not dance as we know it to a rhythm or a beat.

It is individual and intuitive movement that comes from deep inside us and brings about a release, flow, deep heart connection and a sense of relaxation.

A way of tuning into deeper psychic, emotional and spiritual energies that exist within each of us and allowing these inner forces to move outward.

All the layers of conventions, coping mechanisms and survival efforts simply fall away and you can touch the core of yourself.

Using the circadian sleep cycles in the brain you experience a natural release of the stories trapped in the body. A deep sense of connection to the self arises after the session.

The session is done with closed eyes and you will gently be guided into a state of deep meditation.

In this place the facilitator will be going around supporting everyone individually in their process using touch and sound to help your body move into your own inner dance.

If we allow it, the GongSounds can distract our rational mind and give us space to explore our inner realms.

They can help us enter a meditative state effortlessly, giving freedom to our creative, free-flowing, timeless self.

If we relax into the experience, letting go the need to follow our thoughts in a rational, linear way, we can have an experience of newness and a connection to timelessness, freedom and joy.

We can switch off the mind chatter and establish a new set point taking time out from doing and thinking and experiencing allowing and being and enter the realm of Gong Dreaming and Renewal.
